Beyond Useless!!

WORST SERVICE EVER!! After getting our router absolutely nothing has been done to get us online. You can collect your router since it clearly doesn't come with connectivity whatsoever! We were promised to receive the forms needed for confirmation of equipment TODAY and nothing happened! Forms that were meant to have been sent before we even got the damn router. This after two weeks of being told there's an "area issue". This was proven to be a lie by TTConnect themselves. The agents are USELESS and the managers even more so. Dont trust these people
