Beyond Pathetic Service and Useless on all levels

Abject bunch of amateurs. Signed up in November 2019. Still not connected. Technical staff are useless and simply transfer the call to another department. Technical knowledge is so low, its embarrassing. Of course, the company is quick off the mark to charge for a service I have never received. When you call, a recorded message advises that they are experiencing 'high call volumes'. Now I know why. Stay away from Axxess and avoid the epitome of bad and shocking service.
