Beyond excellent service!!

After fighting with the Wifi Extender(which I have owned for three years) AGAIN tonight, I thought I will phone Axxess. I figured...they would know...they are specialists. And I was RIGHT!! At 18:14 on 19/10/2017 a friendly consultant, Archie, picked up my call and I explained the situation and the struggle I have had to try to connect this thing to my home wifi. He explained that it is not really what they do at the call centre but he committed to help me and we chuckled as he mentioned that he will do his best but can't guarantee the outcome. Step by step he talked me through the process and waited patiently when my pc chose to "not responding" several times during our call. He remained professional but was humorous and courteous. After almost 24 minutes, we ended the call. I want to commend Archie for being a fantastic employee and for going the extra mile tonight. He offered help and he had a positive attitude about it! Thank you Axxess for doing a stellar job on training your employees. You guys are seriously THE best service provider I deal with and I would recommend Axxess to anyone without hesitation! Again, amazing work by Archie tonight.
