Beware of moving house and contract changes

Axxess you will lose clients due to your moving house policies. I had to move house and was requested to cancel my existing contract and was told by the chat agent that I need to place a new order. I could only cancel my contract end of April 2024 so I'm paying for a connection when I won't be living on the property and i was charged for canceling my existing contract. I didn't want to cancel my contact. Due to these charges and your sneaky terms and conditions I have decided to move to another service provider.
