Beware of Axxess Telkom LTE package. Beware!!!

I subscribed for Telkom LTE 80GB + 80GB. I started having an issue with the internet connection that keeps on dropping. I asked them to assist me but they failed. For the first 2 months after the subscription everything was working fine suddenly the internet keeps on dropping the signal. Bad service from the technical team, they cannot resolve issues raised.
