Between Axxess and Vumatel who is the worst

In December my internet was down for 16 days continuous plus another 4 days due to another line fault. A whopping 20 day. Now in January my line is once again down since Thursday, 5 days including today and according to my ISP Vumatel have not as yet assigned a technician to fix my fault. Anyone reading this and thinking about entering into a contract with their ISP using #Vumatel ask them if there is any other line provider they can use like #Openserve or #Evotel anything but Vumatel. Be warned their service and support is beyond bad! As for my ISP #Axxess they are just as bad. *** is the ticket number. Axxess tell me the same thing each time I phone... It is with Vumatel team but no technician has been assigned!
