Best provider that I have dealt with in South Africa

After years of dealing with the worst level of service from the Telkom monopoly, We finally got fiber in our area from two providers and a lot of choices with which to sign a contract. I then did a test and called a number of them, to see how easy it is to speak to a technician and get a problem solved. How long do you wait for someone to pick up the phone, how many numbers you have to push to get to technical services, and how mush elevator music you have to listen too. Axxess was by far the best. You dial, press 1 and immediately you are at technical support. Their staff are most likely trained in-house and are a cut above your average call center muppet that works for Telkom and the like. It has now been 4 years that I have dealt with them and my opinion hasn't changed. They are honest and upfront, and well informed. They will tell you immediately if the problem is on the fiber providers side, and how long they think it will take to resolve. There is no smoke and mirrors here, just good honest service.
