Since becoming an Axxess client, I have not experienced a single problem that I could fault Axxess for. The consultants in the call center has always been very helpful, and the guys from tech support specifically are very good at what they do. I logged in this morning to complain about Telkom, and saw all the negative Axxess reviews, thought I'd try and balance things out a bit.
