Best customer service of any company in any industry

I have been using axxess services for many years, from ADSL to fibre to mobile data to web hosting. Every time I have had a problem I have contacted the support people and a competent person has got back to me promptly with a clear solution. It happened again today with a question about web hosting. I can not recommend them highly enough and am honestly baffled by their low rating here.
