Becoming the worst ISP

Worst experience trying to signup for Fiber, I have to contact them everyday for the last week asking about the status, and they don’t also get back to me. I also tried the whatsapp support, got half a reply and the agent ignore the rest of my communication after they reply. It’s a week now and I’m getting nowhere. Poor communication from Axxess, I will never recommend then again.
