BE WARNED: DO NOT USE AXXESS AS AN ISP

This was one of the worst decisions of my life choosing Axxess as an ISP. After their service provider incorrectly linked my fibre to another ISP's cables, it took almost a month for them to send a technician to tell me that their service provider incorrectly linked the fibre to Telkom. Eventually, they had to install a new fibre cable (left brackets and holes in my outside walls where they ********** the old piping), dug a new trench and installed the fibre and piping. I already had to pay for March (during which I had no internet) and April. I still do not have internet access. After spending an hour on WhatsApp, the rude technician (I kept screenshots of the conversation) told me it was most likely a settings fault on their side. He/She will "log a call". No timeframe. No urgency. I asked if they could send someone to my home. No response. Just don't bother. It is not worth the money, time or effort.
