Be careful when you move your clients over to Axxess. Our clients have been without ANY emails for three days straight. We are not getting ANYBODY to assist with migrating our clients to new hosting providers. When we started contacting the Axxess offices three days ago, nobody has returned a phone call or email in the last three days. You get put into an endless loop of holding on, your message being taken, nobody phoning you back or being told to “send an email”, where you’ll just end up back in die queue. Today ON THE THIRD DAY - we got hold of hosting FOR THE FIRST TIME IN THREE DAYS. Now the answer is “Just go into your cpanel to start the migration” EXCEPT, NOBODY CAN ACCESS THEIR CPANEL - FOR DAYS!!!!!. Axxess is holding us hostage at this moment with absolutely REFUSING to help us migrate our clients over to new hosting. So you might want to think again before getting hosting from them. If you do decide to disregard this message and buy hosting from them - well good luck to you.
