Badly run business AXXESS AND TT CONNECT.

I have not had any internet for over 10 days now. Reported this incident 6 days ago but no one has got back to me. I still have no internet. They pomised to send TT Connect to sort out this situation but nothing. Poor service delivery. Will give my notice this month.
