Bad Support (Unstable network)

I have spoken to Sinazo after no response from the tickets that was logged, she do not want to assist with issue, she refuse to give me her surname and also refuse to give her job description and then she puts the phone down in my ear. My issue is still not resolved and they refuse to escalate the issue(2 x tickets logged), I can not browse or do anything on the internet, all dead because of there static ip accounts not working.
