Bad "support" service

<p>Have an issue wih my domain they hoet. Contacted telephonically Monday morning. Were asked to send them an email with the error message, which I did - no response.</p> <p>Requested an uldate this morning - no response. Requested an update this afternoon - no response. Sent email again tonight - no response.</p> <p>And they proudly advertise 24/7 support??</p> <p>Be carefull for "cheap"...you obviously get (or dont even), what you pay for!</p>
