Bad Support on Slow Internet

I have been an Axxess ISP user for many years now and up to now I have been very satisfied. Unfortunately my latest experience with Axxess support has been less that pleasant. I'm on a 150M connection, but have never seen over 100M on any device (5G or not). On some devices I sometimes only see 5M download speeds. We cannot even stream on any device (any app) without buffering. Openserve came to our house to test the fiber, which, according to them, is fine. We also bought a new WiFi router as recommended by Axxess, but that made no fifference. At the moment it seems like Axxess is ignoring this issue and leaving us in the dark with our bad internet.
