Bad signal/service on Cell C LTE

No response and no fix to my Cell C LTE fixed mobile signal issues.

I have been emailing back and forth for the last 2 weeks, each time someone new picks up the issue and I have to explain the issue all over again. Being told to check the Router when a Vodacom sim card runs perfectly fine.

Currently my upload and downloads speeds are so slow that a web page takes 20min to load, I can no longer run concurrent connections and I have to remove my phone from the WiFi in order for my PC to use the internet.

This is really bad service.
