Bad service-No internet

Hello Concerning that it is now almost 48 hours without internet and there is no form of communication to when it will be resolved.

Calling the call center agents, but no concrete answer is provided.

Really upset that now I have to buy so much data to continue with my life. I need someone superior to explain what is really happening with our internet
