Bad service from internet provider

Recently we changed our internet provider. It was all good and well until 4 weeks ago, when our internet would go off every hour, for 2-3 minutes. I have contacted Axxess, for the last 3 weeks I messaged them, asking that their technical support team contact me. Still no one has contacted me regarding this problem. This is unacceptable and unprofessional
