Bad service from axxess.

I joined axxcess less than 2 week ago. They gave me a speed of 25 download and 50 upload. That's not what I app**** for. I app**** for 50 download and 25 upload. Which is a *******. I called the several times to sort out this issues but nothing happened. They don't even bother to call me. Now they say I owe R785. 00. I don't even know where it comes from.
