Bad service from Axxess and MTN

I have signed up for the Uncapped MTN package from Axxess. The package I have taken is a 4G uncapped 100mb Pro package. To date, the best speed I have gotton is 15-20Mb/s and most times I am not even getting 5Mb/s on a speedtest.

Axxess has been giving me the run around for the last months, with support not helping at all, and just blaming MTN and that MTN want screen shot all the time. I have sent more than 10 Speedtest to them already, all proving what my speed is.
