Bad Service from Axxess and MDS Collivery

I have ordered 5 MTN Fixed LTE SIM Cards on the 6th of November 2019. It was stated that I would receive the package within 10 working days from MDS Collivery courier company. As from today 27 November 2019, I have not received any. I have complained numerous times to Axxess without any success.
