Bad Service for Accounts

I've had to deal with Axxess accounts dept on two occasions in a short span of time. Both occasions showed a serious lack of empathy and interest in assisting with my problem or giving clients a good service. The low level of service was particularly bad from Anika Wilson, giving me a this is our policy if you dont like it tough sort of attitude. Seriously considering taking my business elsewhere..
