Bad Service ever from Axxess

I logged a Fault regarding the internet service, a reference number was provide with a 72 hour to fix the problem, the fault was never fixed and the fault was closed, when I use the chat system I ended with a few different people and was told over and over to do the same testing with still no connection, the last time I decided to phone them an was asked to submit an IPV4 number and also to take a picture and send it to them so that they can Flush, the point is they closed the fault while the fault was never fixed
