Bad service

I had a month to month pay as I use which I started 15 July 2023 and paid pro-rata for me to use that month then paid for August awell on the 4th of August then on for the month September 2023 did not have month to pay my services where cutoff then on the 30th September my service my deactived with me knowing then on the 3rd of Oct 2023 I pay thinking that my service is still active while it's deactived and my money was allocated to an invoice where I did not use their service where my serivces where cutoff and they;re telling me to place a new service where they want me to pay for a new service and I asked if it's fair they told it's a month to month which I owe them for September & but my service was cutoff due to none payment which the 3rd of Oct payment is suppose to be to be allocated to October not September. This guys they ******ed me day light.
