Bad service : Do not no what is going on?

<p>I transfered my DSL line from telkom to axxess on 13 June 2016 and spoke to a axxes consultant who confirmed that my line is in the holding at telkom and will migrate the line to axxess. On 15 June 2016 I phoned axxess again to fined out the status of the transfer they inform me that the line is stil at telkom and not in the holding pool. I phoned telkom who confirmed to me that axxess got the line. I phoned axxess again and still the stand that they do not have the line.? It seems axxess are just as useless as telkom</p>
