Bad service delivery

My sim card should have been offloaded today as per my sms received. After phoning Ram couriers myself to follow up they advise me at 17:30 it wont be delivered as arranged. I had to phone more than 12 times to get this information from them.

I need this sim card ASAP and this is really unacceptable!

Please advise when I will receive my sim card.
