bad service

axxess is reping me off my data ,on the 26 July 2020 i had 12 gigs ,on the 27 i have now data ,and the usage for the 26 was 758 mb ,i had to top up ,when i ask to return my data i am being told i hve used it ,i asked them to check the usage i get n respond ,last week on the 23 July 2020 i had night data and it disaapeard too ,the service is poor their data keeps on disapearing
