Bad service

The worst service ever!! They send me a router for adsl line wich I had to pay for.I app**** for fibre-now I have the wrong router-i waited for weeks for installation just to find out that i have the wrong router. Now I have to pay R250 to deliver the correct router. They debited the amount without my permission and now it takes 3 days to clear then they will deliver... emmediatly they send someone to pick up the wrong router but I have to wait another week for my correct fibre router. I am so sick and tired of emails-back and forth with no service..
