Bad service at Axxeaa

Very unfriendly and unhelpful. Service is slow and unreliable. Ive had numerous problems with them ranging from refusals to upgrade my service to neglecting to downgrade. I currently have a month to month contract. I put in a request to downgrade my line speed on 29 Sept because my line is unreliable and unstable since I upgraded. Getting disconnect and very slow reaction on the line. Very high ping. Its now the 5th of Nov. I called them and they sent me around untill they used up my whole month's air time. Their best answer was load another request on the system. Although the previous request is still lying there. And they cant do it over the phone. Lame excuses every time I deal with them and no solutions before you've threatened and begged and shouted and phoned and emailed. Beware. They are not up to standard. Also read the other complaints about them on this site if you're doubting my complaint
