Bad service and no feedback

I have been with axxess since 2016. They have been happy times untill recently. I logged a fault on 2019.04.27 for the first time. The internet was on and off. On 2019.05.01 axxess reported it to telkom. After numerous calls to axxess they escalated the fault. From 2019.05.06 my line has been completely off. I made more calls but everytime it gets mentioned that the problem was reported to telkom. I pay for my adsl line and data to axxess and expect to have some sort of feedback. Up untill now nothing. I honestly cannot recommend axxess to anyone as their service is atrocious. In the past their service was excellent. At the end of this month i will be seeking a new internet provider.
