Bad Service and bad internet service.

I have been with Axxess for many, many years but service is down the tubes. Consultants don't listen to the complaint or just don't comprehend the English language!! I am still waiting for Wandile to phone me back from last week!!

I just phoned in to cancel my service and the accounts don't even question why I would like to cancel? If there is a problem and could it be corrected either!!
