BAD SERVICE

this is the worst service ever. i had an account with them for a dsl line. i cancelled it to go over to fibre, they informed me that they can only cancel my line at the end of may. so i asked for my fibre to start from 1 July. so now my hole account is deleted and they want to charge me prorata for fibre that wasnt even used.
