Bad service

I an totally disgusted at the service I received. It has been 4 days that our business is without internet and they refer us to their technical department and they never get back to us and they log the fault to evotel and then they wash their hands. We have been on the phone for hours with them and in 4 days no results. I want to cancel my contract with them if possible. It is the worst service that I have received in years.
