Bad service

Good day I was never so disappointed in axxess ,did have telkom data plan with them cost r269.00 per month ,make the payment on the 20 of every for the service date run from the 01-31 of every month . I enquire about the hosting plan stating their website does not accept any domain name was ask to sent my domain ,my understanding was for testing . Then next thing I know got new domain name without consent or agreement that i am happy with the cost associate with the domain .The total cost wasn't confirm with me but i am expected to pay amount of r378.00 .The amazing part my telkom was suspended according to them i didn't pay them which is in correct ,I sent several messages on their support board ,talk to warren on live chat who told me to email accounts which i did no reply. I was told again you need to pay R327 to reconnect the service for what i don't know where is my fund for the 20/05 went to no one can explain .No service as i didnt pay for that already .
