Bad service
The worst internet service provider EVER. And the customer service is appalling. I spoke to a guy name Atandwa who seemed like he didn’t care about my issue. My internet has been down for 3 days now and no one seems to be able to help. I exhausted all my airtime calling them and no one seems to care. I’m so frustrated 😫.

30 Oct 2024, 06:39I would highly recommend that NO ONE SHOULD EVER USE THIS INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER, you will regret it. I have now been without internet for the past 5 days and still no one is willing to help. The most horrible experience I’ve ever had with a company.
