BAD SERVICE

So Axxess has all this great value offers on internet. But the worse delivery services in the world. Today I cancel my order that I had to pay for the same day I placed it, Wow its been 10 day as they say in 10 days you will get your items, you pay for it long before getting it. So what really bugs me is no one know when you can expect your order as there is a outsourced courier that delivers your items with a back log on delivery and it can take anything from another week or two with no guarantee of any date. Come on with what kid of delivery company are you doing business that cant even tell you when your client will get their items. really stop placing offers and saying 10 days if you cant prove your promise Axxess as I can promise you now that many other clients will stop their orders as well if it did not happen as we speak. You are going to lose clients like this rather get with a new courier company then because the nonsense one is fed from you guys is really crazy. I did not place my order with the courier I placed it with your Company Axxess I am not interested in other stories you need to inform me and update me and give me the feedback ON WHEN I WILL GET MY ORDER!!! but no need to do so now as I have cancelled my order. I mean if your services was so great as the speed you debit my account I would of been very Impressed. Good Luck to you.
