Bad Service!!!

The customer service I received from Axxess is shocking to say the least. I don't think they know what customer service is and taking money and not providing a service is called *****ing! Not impressed with their so called team leader, but maybe *****ing forms part of their job descriptions.

Best to stay away from this service provider .
