Bad service

Your 24/7 technical support stinks, it is not working and if it does they don’t know what they are talking about. Even in your reply to us you say 24/7 support, we send you an email last Friday and 60 hrs later we receive your mail. I am absolutely disgusted with Axxess, when just signed the contract and have been many times back to your offices which are about 25 km away from us and always with the same problem. Please sort this out or cancel the contract and pay us the R999.00 back.
