Bad inexperienced service

I am a new client to Axxess Openserve came to my house checked and installed DSl told me Everything was running.I was cutoff at 1 the afternoon and I run a business from home. I'm still not connected apparently its the fault of openserve most probably just passing the buck. In this he'll I was in with resetting the modem and doing the settings about 20 times I struggled till 21:30 at night. None of the technical support team had experience and was reading from a manual one put the phone down in my ear and the other just laughed at me. What a disgusting company there is now I still do not have internet its the second day and it 15 00 I lost business and income at 420 per hour.
