Bad experience with Axxess fibre internet

I joined axxess on the 14.10.2024 so ever since i joined them their internet has never worked. As the technicians came to install the lines and the router was delivered 3 days later then i called them seeking for assistance on how to configure the router. O spoke to so many different consultants but it never came alright. So now its a new month i receive emails saying i should pay for the new month services yet the month of October i have never used their services. Now i am sitting with the router that is not working basically i have a toy in my house.

I even send lots of emails requesting for cancellation still i do not receive any help from them, all they know is to send emails requesting for my money again.
