Bad Customer Service

Pathetic Service from Nobulali – Fibre Orders. I called in for a Update on my order and she was absolutely rude and *********. Simple Telephone Ethics is all we clients ask for. While im trying to explain the reasons for my call she just cuts me off or just speaks over me without knowing the full reasons of my call. Please feel free to pull out Call Recording.

Its sad that due to this type of Client Service Personal the company gets a bad name unless the company allows this type of behavior.
