Bad Customer Service

I had the worst service with Axxess tonight,this Company is useless!!!I called them multiple times tonight trying to get some assistance with connecting my Router but none of the agents could help.I paid for my service this Month haven’t even been able to use it once and i get bad service from them.When your line gets cut off they don’t bother to call you back so that they can see your Case through,they just move swiftly along and leave you with your problem.I have been their Client for more than 2 years and i am disgusted by their current service!!!!Honestly never been so disappointed and disgusted at the same time!!!
