Bad customer service

I created multiply tickets i even sent my problem to them on Facebook but their response was so unpleasant as they said " Please note that there are no set time frames for replies. If the query is urgent please contact our 24/7 call center. Thank you.". so whats the use of having support if its useless now its been 24 hours and no response
