Bad customer after care

My experience is not worth one star iv spent more than 200 rand on calls to them the gave me a ref no and yes the tec man came out just to tell me he only does repairs and i must ask for a re installation now this morning i got through with no results the componey i work for has many accounts at our different places ill recomend to them to change im persanally using rsaweb and they top class👎👎👎
