Bad connection

pathetic service i am getting , i have 7 days with inttermittent to no connection , they keep blaming Telkom i cant even complain to telkom either i am refered back to Axxess their online agent agents are not helpful ...one cannot even get feedback on tickets logged....whole service is frustrating and not worthy of calling it a service provider ....stress providers they are ...pathetic service indeed Ticket ;***
