BAD, BAD, BAD AXXESS

I am sad today. I have been with Axxess for years and never experienced this bad service in my life. They cannot resolve an issue and give the blame on other things and not themselves. Poor company. They just do not care about anything. Do not even try and talk to a manager they do not exist.
