Bad Axxess and Vumatel Experience, AVOID at all costs!

I thought going to Axxess was going to be a good experience, but I was wrong. I am paying for 50mps but getting 20mbps. Paid 2 months for 50mbps and only getting 20bps.

They had me jumping through hoops because useless Vumatel needs special treatment and I have to PROVE that I only get 20mbps. I sent an email to suppor*****ernet.co.za the person argued with me that I sent the email incorrectly.

Later they say they responded and I never got an email.
