Pathetic, bad customer service and no order at all will not recommend this to my worst enemy. They take day's to repond to a simple email and send a whole lot of ticket numbers. When you call you sent from pillar to post to a point where one's airtime runs out. They wouldn't even callback.

07 Mar 2022, 22:39I'm so unhappy with this company I have made a payment to their company for my services. They keep telling me I owe money on mu invoice I paid the money on the 4th of March then tbey say I have 105 credit owing after making the payment they requested. I've sent oroof payment the agent informed that the payment was added just to find out they say the bank reversed the money but O haven't received the reversal. There is no order you guys don't know what customer service is. And keep send ticket numbers to respond after 4 days for important things. All they do is apologize but don't solve the problem

08 Mar 2022, 07:56If the payment can not be sorted out by Today. You guy's should send me money back, as I did send proof of payment but the line cannot be activated. I don't understand how you can be told you didn't make a payment when there is valid proof of the payment. If this is the case I want my refund back and keep your services. Of there is no action by close od business today you guy's can give me money and keep your services.
