Axxesss customer service is infuriatingly ***********!

I have been struggling to set up a SIP account with no response to my support tickets! Ihave also been invoiced for this but have never been able to use the service. My business is stuck as I cannot call my customers. Im really disappointed as they usually have decent customer service :-(
